VR
This is my very first VR project. Having to make a game for school, we decided to go the extra mile and make a VR game. This proved to be very difficult, because we also had to create a coherent story. Though, using workflow sites like Mural helped us a alot in keeping everything organised.
Me and my group also participated in a hackasprint. This gave us alot of early groundwork. This link also has some pictures of groundwork we had done.
Cubemaps
On this project I also experimented with more advanced Unity features like cubemapping. The reason for this was because the VR headset couldn't handle tons of houses with build in 3d models. Using cubemaps, I solved this issue. Because the 3D models aren't technically there but having the illusion that they are. All the houses (except for the one that you go into) have their interior done with cubemaps. Which made the performance skyrocket.
